| Q. Why are the web servers in london? |
| A. This is a common and understandable query, although based in N.Ireland all of us access the internet through a central internet Hub in the UK with our respective ISP's. It is the only place to have a web server and it is always the rule that the server be in the place where the bandwidth is available. |

| Q. How can you access the server ? |
| A. We are able to access the server remoetely as if we are there through remote desktop and the use of a special device (KVPoIP) which allows to physically control the machine. This is backed up by a 24x7 service on site which we pay for. |

| Q. Do other I.T companies use a dedicated server. |
| A. No, most I.T companies offer a reseller service through a large host to clients (end users) this limited the flexability and access they have as well as leaving them in the hands of a 3rd party company. Also they will be sharing a server with 100's if not 1000's of other users all ower the world and performance and security may not be as good. |
